VEGETARIAN WRAP BURGER

Farrah’s Wraps of your choice
Bean Supreme Kumara Burger Patties (or other vegetarian patties)
Olive oil

Slaw
Red and white cabbage (shredded)
Carrots (grated
Italian parsley (chopped)
Olive oil
Lemon juice

Tomato, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Micro greens
Aioli

Place the cabbage, carrots and parsley into a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, mix well. Add the olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to combine and set aside.

Cook the burger patties in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with some olive oil

Fold your wrap into a pocket by folding the wrap in half and then in half again (see our Tips & tricks page for step-by-step instructions).

Assemble the burgers with the slaw and burger patty on one side and tomato, avocado and micro greens in the other. Finish with a dollop of the aioli.
