Vegetarian Summer Wrap

Farrah’s Wraps of choice
Avocado, peeled and sliced into thick strips
1 Tomato, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
Tbsp Lemon juice
6 Tbsp Hummus of your choice
Shredded carrots
1 cup Grated carrots

Spread the hummus onto wraps.
Layer the shredded carrot, tomato, onion, and then avocado.

Squeeze over lemon juice.
Roll up, and cut in half.

  • Try roasting some chickpeas with spices to fill your wraps with crunchy textures!
