TOASTED CHICKEN & QUINOA WRAPS

Farrah’s 12" Mixed Grain Wraps
Chicken with paprika and turmeric seasoning (cooked)
Quinoa (cooked)
Red pepper (thinly sliced)
Baby spinach leaves
Avocado (sliced)
Coriander
Mozzarella (sliced)

To make smokey sauce, combine:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chipotle
3 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
1/2 lime, juiced
Pinch of salt and pepper

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet and spread with a spoon of smoky sauce. 

Layer down the centre of each wrap, quinoa, spinach leaves, mozzarella, pepper, avocado and cooked chicken. 

Fold in the left and right sides and then roll to form the wrap. 

Cut through the centre to serve showing the layers of colourful fillings.

Serve with a side of smoky sauce.
