To make the cones:
Take Farrah’s Tortillas straight from the packet and fold into cone shape. Using tongs, hold the shapes in place and deep fry.

Chilli con carne mix
Baked tortilla chips
Fill the cone with chilli con carne mix.
Top with guacamole, sour cream, coriander and tortilla chips.
Traveling Ika Mata

Snapper or other firm fish (cubed)
Lemon juice
Lime juice
Coconut cream
Salt
Hot sauce
Red onion (diced)
Yellow capsicum (diced)
Tomato (diced)
Spring onion (chopped)
Coriander
Put the fish into a bowl with lemon and lime juice and stir through. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add coconut cream, salt and hot sauce. Stir. Add all other ingredients to the fish mixture (except coriander) and mix through.
Fill the cones and garnish with coriander.

Fill the cone with the chicken curry mix. Top with mango chutney, plain yogurt and coriander.
