Mascarpone
Custard
Mixed spice
Strawberries (sliced)
Raspberries
Honey to drizzle
Preheat oven to 180°C fan bake.
Cut wraps into circles using cookie cutters or a sharp knife. Mold into muffin tins and place in oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and crisp. Leave to cool.
To make the filling, in a bowl mix together mascarpone, custard and mixed spice.
Fill the cooled tart shells with the filling and top with sliced strawberries and raspberries
Drizzle with honey to serve.
