PULLED PORK WRAPS

Farrah’s Wraps of choice
Pulled pork (can buy pre-packaged, or make your own
Yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
Red cabbage, finely shredded
Green cabbage, finely shredded
BBQ sauce and light mayo, mixed

Lay the wrap on a board and assemble wrap by laying the salad ingredients down the centre of the wrap, before topping with pulled pork, and BBQ mayo.

Fold in the two ends and roll to form a wrap. Cut down the centre to serve showing the layers of colourful fillings.
