Farrah’s 6” Flour Tortillas
Farrah's Burrito Spice Mix or spice mix of your choice
Pork Shoulder
BBQ SAUCE
BBQ sauce
Apple cider vinegar
Brown sugar
Chopped onions
Cloves of garlic
Black pepper
Salt
SALAD
Coleslaw
Coriander
Lime
Place the pork shoulder and the sauce ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours. When the pork is cooked and the meat effortlessly falls apart take the shoulder out of the slow cooker and shred the pork.
Assemble the pork in the Farrah’s Taco Tortillas, and top with the salad of slaw, coriander and a dash of lime.
