Pinwheel Lollipops

Ham & Cheese Option:
Farrah’s Wraps of choice
3 Slices of ham, thinly sliced
Grated cheese
Tomato sauce or chutney

Marmite + Cheese option:
1 Farrah’s 10” Wrap
1 Tbsp marmite
Grated cheese

Chopped parsley (if desired)
Cocktail sticks

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

For the ham and cheese wrap, spread with tomato sauce or chutney all the way to the edges. Lay the slices of ham evenly on the wraps and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.

For the marmite and cheese wrap, spread the marmite all the way to the edges and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.

Roll up tightly from 1 end. Insert cocktail sticks along the wraps to secure the roll, then using a sharp knife, cut between each toothpick to create even pieces.

Either leave them fresh and they’re ready to go or lay the pieces flat on a baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the wraps are slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

  • Use a larger sized wrap to get more portions out of it!
