Wrap Crisps

Farrah’s 10” Wholemeal Wraps
Olive oil
Desired toppings - e.g. Prosciutto, Blue cheese, Relish.

Take Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet.

Spray one side of the wrap in oil and cut into rectangles. 3

Bake olive oil side down at 180◦C until slightly golden.

Allow to cool and then dress with desired toppings.

Smoked Fish Rillettes

Farrah’s 10” Spinach Pesto Wraps
Smoked fish
Olive oil
Lemon zest
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley
Crème fraîche
Micro greens
Lemon peel

Take Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet.

Spray one side of the wrap in oil and cut into triangles.

Bake olive oil side down at 180◦C until slightly golden.

Mix smoked fish, crème fraîche, lemon zest, garlic, pepper and parsley together in a bowl to make a smooth paste.

Once wrap triangles are cooled, top with the fish mixture and garnish with micro greens and lemon peel.

  • You can pre-make the chips s a couple of days before you need them. Bake as per the instructions, allow to cool and store in an airtight container or zip-seal bag
