Pepperoni Pizza

Farrah’s 12" Mixed Grain Wraps
Pepperoni or salami, sliced
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Pesto
Tomato paste
Red onion, thinly sliced into rings
Basil leaves
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place one wrap on a baking tray, spread with pesto and then sprinkle with a small amount grated cheese. Place the other wrap on top of the cheese, then spread tomato paste on top of the wrap.

Sprinkle with some more cheese, top with the pepperoni and the halved cherry tomatoes.

Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and top with slices of red onion and fresh basil leaves.

Season with salt and pepper.

  • Farrah’s Wraps are great as thin-crust pizza bases. Experiment with your favourite toppings – try veggies like mushrooms, onions and capsicum with a tomato base, or roasted chicken and cranberry sauce.
