Passionfruit wrap stack
Farrah’s Premium White Wraps (2 packets- depending on how high you want it)
500g cream Cheese
¼ cup honey
400g mascarpone Cheese
400g custard
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup passionfruit pulp
Fresh berries and fruit, we used: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & nectarines
In a bowl combine cream cheese, honey, mascarpone, custard, vanilla and half of the passionfruit pulp. Whisk until smooth with electric beaters.
To assemble, lay one wrap on a serving plate and spread with the creamy mixture (approx. 2 Tbsp per wrap). Place the next wrap on a flat surface and spread with the mixture before placing on top. Continue with all the remaining wraps until you’ve run out.
Garnish with fresh berries and fruit and drizzle the remaining passionfruit pulp over the top.
