Mini Pizzas

Farrah’s Wraps or Tortillas of choice - we have used 8”
Tomato paste
Grated mozzarella cheese
Slices of ham, chopped
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Pineapple chunks

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Place tortillas on baking trays, spread with tomato paste and then sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Top with the ham, cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks.

Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

  • Experiment with different toppings such as leftover beef mince and onion for cheeseburger pizzas, or mushroom and capsicum for a vege option!
