Lunchbox Sushi/Pinwheels
Farrah’s Wraps of choice – the larger the better as you get more portions
Sushi option:
Smoked salmon or shredded chicken
Lettuce, cabbage, or carrot julienned
Cream Cheese or chutney
Marmite-scroll option:
Marmite

Lay out your wrap and spread the cream cheese/marmite over the entire wrap. This acts like a glue when the wrap is rolled.
At the edge of the wrap, lay down your ingredients, starting with the lettuce, then cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and top off with the smoked salmon or shredded chicken – or cheese slices for marmite option
Carefully roll the wrap up starting at the edge closest to the filling. Make sure the spread is sealed tight, and cut into pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with a dipping sauce like tomato sauce or mayo.
