JAMMY WRAP BISCUITS

2 Farrah’s 10.5” Tortillas
Raspberry or strawberry jam
Icing sugar
Baking spray

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place wraps on a chopping board.
Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Try to cut the shapes as close to each other to prevent wastage. Cut out and remove small circles from the centre of half the wrap shapes.

Lightly grease a baking tray or cover in baking paper and place the shapes on it. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Dust with icing sugar using a sieve. Spoon a dollop of jam on the shapes that don’t have holes cut in them and sandwich together using the remaining shapes with holes. Make sure the circles with the centre holes are placed on top!

  • If a BBQ isn’t available, these wraps will taste just as great cooked in a grill pan or fry pan on your oven top.
