Ham, Cheese and Relish Melt

Farrah’s Wrap of choice
Champagne ham
Chutney or dip of choice
Grated mozzarella
Tomato, sliced
Spinach leaves

Lay the wrap on a board and spread with a generous amount of chosen chutney or dip.

Down the centre of the wrap layer spinach, ham, tomato, and mozzarella.

Fold in the two ends and then roll into a wrap to form a parcel. Toast in a sandwich press or on a grill until the wrap is golden and the cheese is melted.
