HALLOUMI & AVOCADO Wrap
Farrah’s 10.5" Flour Tortillas
Halloumi cheese, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Tomatoes, diced
Red onion, finely diced
Coriander, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
To make the salsa:
In a bowl, mix together the tomato, red onion, coriander and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the halloumi for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place half the halloumi slices in the middle of each tortilla, top with half the avocado and salsa.
Fold up the bottom third, then fold over left side and right side of the tortilla, then roll upwards from bottom, to seal the tortilla and form the burrito.
