GRILLED CHICKEN TACOS

Farrah’s 6” Flour Tortillas
Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix or spice mix of your choice
Chicken Breast
Iceberg Lettuce
Tomato Salsa
Grilled Corn
Pink Pickled Onion
Black Pinto Beans
Coriander

Slice your chicken into 4cm strips and place in a bag or bowl and mix in the Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix until all the meat is coated.

Heat frying pan with a little oil on a medium/high heat and cook the meat. Use some tongs to turn on each side to ensure the flavour stays on the meat.

Serve in Farrah’s Taco Tortillas. Heat each Taco Tortilla in a pan or in the microwave for 10 seconds before filling.

Layer your Taco up with lettuce, your chicken, black pinto beans, grilled corn, pink picked onion, coriander and whatever else takes your fancy. 

  • Finish with a drizzle of chipotle mayo for an extra kick of heat.
  • You can use this recipe with fish, steak or your favourite vegetables.
