GARLIC PRAWN Tacos

Farrah’s 8" Flour Tortillas
Prawns (fresh or defrosted)
Garlic (diced)
Cos lettuce
Red onion (thinly sliced)
Baby tomatoes (halved)
Chilli flakes
Coriander (chopped)
Lime wedges to serve
Sour cream

Pan fry prawns in a dollop of butter, finely chopped garlic and a sprinkle of chilli flakes, until cooked through and golden.

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet and down the centre of each wrap, layer cos lettuce, red onion, garlic prawns and baby tomatoes. 

Finish with some chopped coriander, and serve on a plate with lime wedges and a side of sour cream.
