Garlic & Herb Roti Bread

8 Farrah’s wraps of choice
Oil spray
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

In a bowl, mix together the garlic and parsley.

Heat a frying pan, add ¼ of garlic mix and oil spray. Place one wrap on top of mix as it melts.

Fry the wrap in mixture turning occasionally until both sides of the wrap are golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining mixture and wraps.

  • Wraps make great side dishes as a bread alternative for curries soups and mince dishes!
