Crumbed Chicken Tacos

Farrah’s 6” Tortillas
Crumbed chicken tenders
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Tomato salsa (diced tomato, red onion, coriander, lemon juice)
Avocado, smashed
Lime juice
Light mayo

Cook chicken tenders as per packet instructions, set aside.

Prepare the tomato salsa. Mix the squeeze of lime juice in with the mayo to create a lime mayo.

Layer your tortillas with lettuce, chicken tender, tomato salsa, and top with smashed avocado and lime mayo. Enjoy!

  • You can also cook the chicken in a really hot fry pan to get them crispy and then finish them off in the oven.
