Croissant bites

Farrah’s 10.5” Tortillas
Chocolate spread and/or peanut butter (we use Fix and Foggs)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
Icing sugar to dust

Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan bake.

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Place wraps on a chopping board and cut two edges off so it forms a right angled triangle (this is to get the croissant shape).

Do the same thing to the rest of the wraps.

Place a heaped tablespoon of chocolate spread or peanut butter in the middle of the widest end of each triangle, brush the remaining tail with beaten egg.

Roll each wrap up and place on baking tray. Brush entire croissant bite with beaten egg.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Dust with icing sugar and serve with fresh berries.
