CHIPOTLE WRAP BURGERS
Farrah’s Wraps of choice
Lean beef patties – try fish, chicken, or mushroom!
Olive oil
Lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Corn kernels, grilled if desired
Chipotle mayo
Guacamole
Cook the patties in a non-stick pan with 1Tbsp of olive oil, over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until well browned and cooked through.
Fold your wrap into a pocket by folding the wrap in half and then in half again to create 2 little pockets. Fill the pocket with the beef patty, bacon and all the salad/sauce ingredients.
