Chicken & Salad Wraps

Farrah’s Wraps of choice
2 Chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Tinned red peppers (sliced)
Iceberg lettuce
1 avocado smashed

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pan fry in the oil until tender and cooked through. Set aside.

To assemble:
Layer your wrap with iceberg lettuce, chicken, red peppers and generous dollops of the smashed avocado.

Fold up the bottom of the wrap and then roll to form the wrap, leaving one end of the wrap open.

  • Use a 12” Wrap and cut in half to make 2 portions for primary students!
