CHICKEN AND CHEESE QUESADILLA

Farrah’s Wrap of your choice
Shredded chicken
Grated cheese
Spray oil

Lay the wrap on a chopping board and put the shredded chicken on one half, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Fold in half

Spray a hot sandwich press with oil and toast quesadilla until golden brown.

Allow to cool then use cookie cutters to cut the quesadilla into shapes for a fun lunch idea.

Try different ingredients like ham and cheese or even a classic spaghetti and cheese.
