Cheese and Ham Quesadillas

Farrah’s Wraps of choice
Spinach
Slices of shaved ham
Grated cheese
Tomato sauce or chutney

Lay the wrap on a chopping board and spread half of it with sauce or chutney. Lay the ham on top of the sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Fold in half and toast in a hot sandwich press until golden brown.

Allow to cool then cut in half and wrap

in lunch paper or tin foil for the lunch box! Double this recipe for hungrier kids or teens.

  • Try different fillings like shredded chicken, mince, or a vegetarian bean mix
