Burger Sliders

American burger slides:
Farrah’s 6” Tortillas
Classic beef patty
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Cheddar cheese
Pickles
Tomato sauce
Mild American mustard

Pulled Pork Sliders:
Farrah’s 6” Tortillas
BBQ style pulled pork
Slaw (purple and green cabbage, shredded)
Pickles
Light aioli

Grilled Fish Sliders:
Farrah’s 6” Tortillas
Fish fillet (crumbed or plain)
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Avocado, sliced
Light mayo
Lemon juice

Fold tortilla in half, then in half again creating a triangular shape that has

two pockets. Fill the bottom pocket with the respective salad ingredients from whichever filling option you have chosen, fill the top pocket with the meat/protein, and top with condiments and garnishes.

Secure with a cocktail stick if needed.

  • Let the kids build their own sliders and learn about portion control with each pocket – one for veges and one for protein!
