Black Bean & Corn Mex Inspired Pizza 

Farrah’s 8" Flour Tortillas
Refried beans
Black pinto beans
Corn kernals 
Crushed tomatoes
Mozzarella
Goats cheese
Sliced jalapenos 

Pre heat oven to 180°C.

Spread crushed tomatoes over the tortilla and sprinkle lightly with mozzarella. Next lay the second tortilla on top and spread with refried beans and top with griddled corn, black beans, sliced jalapenos and crumbled goats cheese. 

Lightly sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for  8-10 minutes.

Garnish with sliced pickled red onion, coriander and drizzle with sour cream.

  • Try with pulled pork or chicken.
  • Use larger sized tortillas to up-size or Farrah’s 6” Flour Tortillas for kids or entrée sized pizzas.
